To vote you need to be present at the AGM and a member in good standing. If you become a member the evening of the AGM you can vote at the following AGM. The executive positions are President, Secretary, Treasurer, Show Director, Education Director, Fundraising Director and Youth Director. To run for an executive position you need to have been a member in good standing for a minimum of one year and be present at the AGM. If you would like to run for an executive position, contact one of the present executive before the AGM on November 2nd. The club is in need of individuals who are willing to work conscientiously to keep our club a thriving endeavour and keep the club’s mandate alive. If there are not enough people to fulfill the roles of responsibility future directions of the club need to be discussed.
